Tridion is an enterprise-level CMS that enables large organisations to manage and deliver content in multiple formats and languages to multiple websites, channels and online applications.
My role involves turning web style concepts into Tridion reality, advising customers on accessibility standards and good practice.
Coding "classic" ASP and ASP.NET in intranet/internet/extranet environments since 1997, usually talking to SQL and ORACLE dbs though I have integrated MS-Access via webservices!
I prefer being involved in the whole development cycle. Before Agilisys I worked for small IT depts (in some cases I was the IT dept!)
With over 25 years in the IT business, I enjoy helping others. There's always more to learn though!
Tridion is a big product to get your head around. I host two-day courses introducing non-IT staff to the wonders of CMS.
Having an ITL-accredited employer, all my documentation is written to a corporate standard. User support is another facet of the problem-solving process, and its good when you can make someone's day simply by fixing their problem.
